You can find some of these within in this revised main catalog or in their corresponding special brochures. Our aim is to help develop technical innovations for evolving more patient friendly minimally invasive surgical procedures that yet can maintain or even exceed the long term results of proven conventional procedures, as reflected in our slogan Efficient surgery. Less invasive. Optimum results. In close cooperation with surgeons and industry partners we continue advancing our comprehensive product range for Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery, with a focus on less traumatic, minimally invasive procedures, to repair and replace valves, perform coronary artery bypass, maintain the function of the vascular system, or remove lung tumors. This catalogue for cardiovascular and thoracic surgery illustrates products developed and selected in collaboration with key surgeons who have shared their trust in our experience and profound expertise in the production of finest surgical instruments. We continue to invite your ideas for the development of new and even more refined instruments

Achieve smaller approaches. Handle greater challenges.
Minimally invasive approaches, performed through small incisions, are
becoming state-of-the-art in an effort by healthcare professionals to provide
each patient with the best possible treatment. The most common types
of minimally invasive cardiac surgery (MICS) are valve surgeries, including
repairs and replacements, and even more challenging, coronary artery bypass.
Such smaller incisions without a full sternotomy are expected to leave
smaller scars with less trauma and bleeding.
